Blue Ash car enthusiasts will have a new home for their collections when Torque Motor Suites opens its 30-unit luxury garage complex at 4310 Glendale Milford Road on Wednesday, July 29.
Suites start at $399,900, according to a Torque Motor Suites news release reported by the Cincinnati Business Courier on Sunday, July 20. That price point is higher than the mid-$300,000s starting price at the brand's first Greater Cincinnati location in Oakley, which broke ground in April 2025.
The Blue Ash facility sits on roughly 10.9 acres near Summit Park. Each privately owned suite ranges from 1,200 to 1,600 square feet, with up to 400 additional square feet on a mezzanine level. Standard features include at least 18-foot ceilings, climate-controlled interiors with insulated walls and ceilings, LED lighting and a bathroom. Select units also include showers. The suites can also serve as entertainment spaces or private offices.
Neyer Properties, one of Cincinnati's largest commercial real estate developers, is behind the Torque brand. Chris Dobrozsi of Neyer Properties first pitched the concept to the Blue Ash Planning Commission on Thursday, Aug. 3, 2023, describing individually owned car condos with internal "streets" about 50 feet wide between buildings, a communal gathering space, and a controlled entry gate. The commission unanimously recommended approval that night, with conditions including HOA rules that prohibit using the suites as a residence, car maintenance facility, or commercial business.
City leaders and Neyer executives broke ground at the site on Monday, Nov. 18, 2024. Neyer Properties had initially targeted a mid-2025 opening, according to Blue Ash Advance coverage of the groundbreaking.
Blue Ash Economic Development Director Dan Johnson cited the project's completion as one of the city's big wins at a December 2025 State of the City luncheon.
