Sycamore Township trustees will take public comment Tuesday on a zoning application that could reshape the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church property at 7701 Kenwood Road.

The public hearing on Zoning Case ZC-2026-7 begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Township Administration Building, 8540 Kenwood Road. Trustees could vote on the request at their 6:00 p.m. meeting immediately following.

Josh Shaw, a senior project manager at Cincinnati-based engineering firm The Kleingers Group, filed the application seeking a PUD II (Planned Unit Development II) designation for the site, according to the township's public legal notice. The specific proposed use for the property has not been disclosed in publicly available township records.

Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, an Evangelical Lutheran Church in America congregation, occupies the property.

Both meetings will be live-streamed and recorded on WatchSycamoreTownship.com. Residents who cannot attend may submit written comments to the Planning & Zoning Department at 8540 Kenwood Road before the hearing, or call (513) 792-7252 with questions. Case documents are available on the township's zoning commission webpage.
