Sycamore Township's Board of Zoning Appeals will hear a conditional use request for 11525 Snider Rd. on Wednesday, Oct. 28.

The hearing on Case BZA-2026-10 is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Sycamore Township Administration Building, 8540 Kenwood Road. Chris Balash filed the application on behalf of an entity identified as CHCA, according to the township's public notices page.

The notice does not describe what specific use or improvements the applicant is seeking at the Snider Road property.

The public hearing is open to residents at 6 p.m. Wednesday at 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236.
