Blue Ash swears in seven police, fire members

Blue Ash welcomed four new police and fire personnel and promoted three others at a joint swearing-in ceremony Wednesday, Nov. 4.

Mayor Jill Cole administered the oaths in City Council Chambers with family, friends and staff attending, according to the City of Blue Ash’s Nov. 5 announcement.

The Fire Department welcomed Tyler Friend as a firefighter and emergency medical technician, and Ben Vosseberg as a firefighter and paramedic. Sam Mirizzi was promoted to fire lieutenant.

The Police Department swore in officers Jake Rosser and Emily Howell. Tim Bittner and Anel Bosnjakovic were promoted to sergeant.
