Hamilton County voters approved Issue 10, renewing and increasing the children’s services levy, in the Nov. 3 election.
The county’s unofficial report records 191,100 votes for the levy (56.58%) and 146,651 against (43.42%).
Hamilton County’s Nov. 3, 11:27 p.m. report lists all 563 precincts reporting. Results remain unofficial until the canvass and certification.

The FDA is warning parents not to serve Once Upon a Farm Tractor Wheels Organic Toddler Soft-Baked Bars after reports of toddlers choking on the product. The nationwide recall includes Ohio, and the bars were sold at Costco, Target and Walmart.
