A California-based commercial printer has opened a 197,000-square-foot facility on Alliance Road in Blue Ash, adding another major corporate tenant to the city's industrial corridor.
Lahlouh, Inc., a third-generation family-owned company headquartered in Burlingame, California, announced the opening of its new location at 9933 Alliance Road on Tuesday, Aug. 11, according to the Blue Ash Advance Economic Development Newsroom. The company provides commercial printing, direct mail, branded merchandise and fulfillment services to national clients in biotech, financial services and technology.
"By expanding our Ohio footprint, we're strengthening our ability to serve national clients with greater speed, redundancy, and operational resilience—without compromising quality," president Tony Lahlouh said in the company's news release.
The Blue Ash site gives Lahlouh coast-to-coast distribution capability alongside its Bay Area headquarters. The company highlights the facility's proximity to a major USPS mail processing hub, roughly 15 miles away, as a logistical advantage for high-volume direct-mail programs.
Founded in 1981 by Antoine Lahlouh as Color Copy Printing in San Mateo, California, the company has grown into a nationwide operation with several hundred employees. The Blue Ash opening is part of what the company calls a long-term growth strategy.
The opening adds to a wave of corporate investment in Blue Ash's industrial parks this year. Beehive Industries announced a $70 million expansion on Malsbary Road in July, and Ohio Valley Electrical Services broke ground on a $13 million, 70,000-square-foot headquarters on Aug. 10.
The company has posted job listings for the Blue Ash location, though a total headcount target has not been announced.
