Enerfab, the Blue Ash-based industrial contractor, plans to bring 200 employees and $25 million in equipment to a newly leased facility in Sharonville as its modular construction business expands.

The company signed a lease over the summer for roughly 234,000 square feet at 2979 E. Crescentville Road in Sharonville, the Cincinnati Business Courier first reported. The building totals 400,000 square feet. Prologis owns it.

An Enerfab announcement on Oct. 11 put the Sharonville lease at 240,000 square feet, slightly larger than the Business Courier's figure. The company described the facility as part of its "connected shop network" growth strategy.

The expansion comes three months after Houston-based Quanta Services acquired Enerfab in July. Enerfab CEO Aaron Landolt identified Quanta as the buyer in a Business Courier report, confirming what had been an undisclosed deal when news of the acquisition first surfaced July 14. As part of the deal, Enerfab moved its headquarters from Spring Grove Village to Blue Ash, the Business Courier reported.

Quanta completed four acquisitions during the second quarter and July, paying approximately $1.24 billion in aggregate upfront consideration, according to Quanta's earnings report. The earnings report described Enerfab at the time of acquisition as having approximately 2,100 employees and fabrication facilities spanning about 250,000 square feet.

Enerfab's own Oct. 11 announcement, however, put the company's headcount at more than 4,000 across seven states, with 2026 revenue approaching $900 million. The company said it had doubled in size over the past three years, driven by demand in industries including battery plants and data centers.

Jacob Snyder, promoted to president and chief operating officer on Oct. 11, said recruiting will be a priority. Landolt, in the same announcement, pointed to "the record backlog of work already committed to us over the next few years" as the reason for elevating Snyder to the role.

Quanta expects its four recent acquisitions to contribute a combined $1.2 billion to $1.4 billion in revenue for the full year of 2026.

Enerfab has not announced a timeline for when the Sharonville facility will be fully operational or when the 200 positions will be filled.
